Here is where you Modify subject details.
-ADDING MODE OF ASSESSMENT (If necessary, as all required mode of assessments are inbuilt)
- STEP1: Search and select the subject
- STEP 2: Select mode of assessment* from the list and click "Add". You can add more than one mode of assessment by simply selecting the next one and then again Click “Add”
- STEP 3: Incase you don’t find the mode of assessment you are looking for in the list provided you may add a new one by simply clicking on the (. . . .) Button next to it, and add and save the new mode of assessment and close that window and select the newly added one from the list.
- STEP 4: Click “Save” to save the record.
REMOVING MODE OF ASSESSMENT
- STEP 1: Search and select the subject
- STEP 2: On the left side of the subject listing you will find the list of the mode of assessments for that particular subject; you may select the one you need to delete from the list and click on the "Delete Row"
- STEP 3: And then click "Save" *The same procedure can be applied for selecting, deleting or modifying the list of indicators for those Subjects that are evaluated based on indicators
ADDITIONAL TIP: Click on the check box "Requiring Sub Subject" if any subject may require a sub subject like Chemistry a sub subject for Science. The sub subjects can be defined in the sub subject entry menu. TO SEARCH FOR THE DETAILS OF A PARTICULAR SUBJECT
-You can select a subject category and click "Search" then all the subjects listed under that particular subject category will be listed. Select the subject you need.
- OR you can simply scroll down and select the subject you need by clicking on the side gray bar, the subjects are arranged in the alphabetical order.
NOTE: Adding and Removing of Indicators for co-scholastic subject can be done with the same steps as described for mode of assessment above
A, S, N DEFINING
For co scholastic subjects where the indicators are marked based on 3 levels, you can defined what the letter should Stand for and how much marks is to be awarded for that particular student. By default the letters will represent the following
A=Always – 10 Marks
S=Sometimes – 5 Marks
N=Never – 2 Marks
