This is a provision to assign the Second Languages the students of a particular class has taken. This facility is available at the student data entry also but here you can enter the data collectively for a whole class

HOW TO PROCEED

  • Step 1: Select the class and division
  • Step 2: Select the sort option as how the students are to be sorted if necessary
  • Step 3: Click on the check boxes against each student corresponding to the second language he/she has choosen
  • Step 4: Click "Save" to save the Data
  • Step 5: Click "Clear" to clear the existing data and to list out next class

You may only choose one Second Language for a student
