This is a provision to enter various modes of assessments used to evaluate a subject. The records of all modes of assessment used for the academic subjects are listed here. Also you can choose, what type of mark entry you want to apply for the selected mode of assessment.
HOW TO PROCEED
- STEP 1: Click "New" to enter a new record
- STEP 2: For Deleting or Modifying a record click on the gray bar on the left side of the subject so as to bring the pointer at the mode of assessment you want to delete or modify, and then click "Delete" or "modify" accordingly. If modifying, click on Save to Save the changes.
- STEP 3: To search for a record enter the record name or a part of the name in the field provided on top and then click "search". For example enter "pro" and click "Search" to find Project
- STEP 4: Once the indicator is chosen, click <Save> to save the changes.
About the Entry Type 1. Choose DIRECT MARK ENTRY. If the assessment is based on a single mark entry, as in the case of unit test, examination, class test, MCQ etc.
2. Choose INDICATOR WISE MARK ENTRY, if the assessment is based on various parameters or skill while presentation or submission. For Example > assignment is assessed based on neatness, handwriting, punctuality etc. or Debate is based on speaking skills, vocabulary etc. And each indicator here can be defined in the <indicator entry for academics> in the <Indicator Entry> Menu. The Maximum mark for each indicator can be defined while entering the evaluation.
All the required Mode of assessment as per the teachers manual and those recommended by sahodaya is currently available in the system, if required you may change the entry type and Click Save to save the record.
