This is a provision to create the set of descriptive indicators for each co-scholastic subject which will be printed in the report book. This provision is provided, so that once a set of these descriptive indicators are made by default then any of these can be selected from the list to print in the report book for a particular student. The place to select these descriptive indicators for printing in the report book is in the “Report book entry” sub menu in the “Evaluation” Menu. The main objective here is to make the entry into the report book simpler, and avoid repeated typing for different students, and that too at different terms and years.
HOW TO PROCEED
- STEP 1: Enter subject and subject Category
- OR STEP 1 can be: Select the subject from the list by clicking on the gray bar next to the intended subject
- STEP 2: Type the Descriptive Indicator in the field provided (not more than 49 Characters, as there is limited space in the report book)
STEP 3: Click “Add”, and the added indicator will be listed below it. - STEP 4: Type the next one and then click “Add” again
- STEP 5: Once Completed click “Save” to save the changes made
By default some indicators are available, you can make changes by Deleting the indicator and adding new. For editing a record follow the following procedure
- STEP 1: Select the Subject, the default indicators will be listed
- STEP 2: Select the Indicator you don’t want in the list and click “Delete Row”
- STEP 3: Typing in the new indicators and click “Add”
- STEP 4: Click “Save” to Save the Changes
