This is a provision to create the set of indicators used for some mode of assessment for academic subjects which will be used during the evaluation process. For example for mode of assessment “Assignment” different parameters like neatness, punctuality, accuracy, vocabulary, correctness etc are assessed and different marks are awarded for these parameters. These parameters are listed here.
HOW TO PROCEED
- STEP 1: Select the subject and the Mode of Assessment
- STEP 2: Select the indicator required from the list provided
- STEP 3: Click “Add”, and the added indicator will be listed below it.
- STEP 4: Select the next indicator and then click “Add” again and so on
- STEP 5: in case the indicator you intend is not there in the list, then click on the (. . . .) button and add the new indicator and click “Save”. Then close that window and select the new added indicator from the list.
- STEP 6: Once Completed click “Save” to save the changes made
TIP: to make searching for indicators easy, enter the first few letters of the indicator you intend, if it is available the same will be listed right below. Example if you type the word “rate” then all indicators listed containing the word rate will be shown.
By default some indicators are available, you can make changes by Deleting the indicator and adding new. For editing a record follow the following procedure
- STEP 1: Select the Subject and mode of assessment, the default indicators will be listed
- STEP 2: Select the Indicator you don’t want in the list and click “Delete Row”
- STEP 3: Select in the new indicators from the list and click “Add” or press "Enter" (use either one only)
- STEP 4: If not in the list then add the new indicator as per the STEP 5 Above
- STEP 5: Click “Save” to Save the Changes
Note: You can enter a maximum of 10 indicators for a mode of assessment
