Deline Technologies Pvt Ltd, the Official Technical Support partners of Confederation of Kerala Sahodaya Complexes Shall be providing all technical Supports required for SETS ( the CCE Software).

School Email ID: (if the mail is not sent from the official school mail ID or the principals ID)
Name and Designation of the Sender.
By Remote Access: Deline Also offers Online Support, through desktop Sharing. That is by using the software "team viewer" your computer will be accessed by the technician at Deline's support base through the internet and resolve your issue. If you dont have team viewer in your computer please click here to download: Teamviewer
Note: your internet connection must have a speed of 256kbps or above and the computer the issue is spotted is to be connected to the internet.
OnSite Support: If it is extremely necessary and the issue is not resolved by any of the above process, Deline also offers onsite support for a very nominal service charge of Rs 400/- per support.
Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC): Your SETS comes along with a 2 year long free online support (By phone, Email and Remote Access). And you may extend the service term by purchasing an AMC of Rs 750/- per year.
